Andrew Lopez has been practicing law since 2017 focusing on helping clients from all backgrounds, communities, and situations. He firmly believes that all are deserving and entitled to the professional and seasoned expertise that we provide. Since the beginning, he has been dedicated to providing legal resources and services to those in historically underserved communities such as immigrants, minorities, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, and women.
Mr. Lopez is a full service civil litigation attorney, which means he represents clients in all stages of civil litigation. He will advocate for your rights every step of the way: in pre-litigation, litigation, and all the way through trial.
Mr. Lopez is a highly experienced civil litigator and trial attorney representing clients in automobile accidents, catastrophic injuries, slip-and-falls, trip-and-falls, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, construction site accidents, police misconduct, and civil rights cases. As a passionate advocate, Mr. Lopez has helped injured victims successfully resolve cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Lopez is a member of CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles), and CAOC (Consumer Attorneys of California).
Mr. Lopez is a former board member of Peoples College of Law where he served as a member of the Faculty and Curriculum Committee and the Admissions Committee. His duties involved hiring faculty, developing curriculum, and evaluating applicants for admissions. Mr. Lopez is also a member of MABA (Mexican-American Bar Association), an organization dedicated to providing legal resources to the Latino community.
Mr. Lopez came from humble beginnings in San Antonio, TX. He earned his B.A. from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, TX, where he studied Political Science and Philosophy. He earned his J.D. from Peoples College of Law, Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Lopez’s brother is a family law attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. Mr. Lopez’s wife is a former high school science teacher and is currently practicing special education law as an attorney.
Mr. Lopez is passionate about helping accident victims receive just compensation for their injuries. He knows that insurance companies are increasingly more concerned about their profits than providing relief for the people that they injure.
